I met with Dr. Forman due to a weight loss of 125 pounds. I had a lot of wrinkles around my mouth and sagging skin on my jawline and neck. I wanted a jawline and my neck tightened to compliment the upper portion of my face. Dr. Forman gave me a jawline without pulling my skin too tightly. I am very happy with the results of my facelift.
