Holy cow you look amazing!!! And I'm so happy to hear they're looking more even!
You look fantastic!! I really can't seen any unevenness on you, but I know how you feel. Mine are a little uneven, but they always have been you can see it in my before photos. It never bothered me before my augmentation, and I am slowly coming to accept it. They are evening out a bit more as time passes. I think it is just taking my right breast a little longer because it was the smaller breast to begin with. Love the cleavage in your Gap shirt ;)
You are perfect!! I'm so happy for you! Total boob greed! I might have to join the 500+ club someday :)
From what I can tell, you look just as perfect as ever..absolutely gorgeous..it is a bit hard to tell what you are talking about in regards to any imperfections you see, because of the giant copyright I see in front of everything.
(Are you famous? I always wonder about the reason for that...)
If you are..I get the paranoia. .but don't worry!!
Nobody can tell who you are anyway because there is no face..Just wanted to assuage your fears. If anything, you are more likely to be recognized by your outfits that are seen in pics than by your naked breasts.
;-)
Anyway, you look perfect from what I cams we through those giant letters!;-))
PS) I also see no unevenness. Maybe you are being overly critical; then again, a little asymmetry is human nature. Give yourself more time to allow for change. You're only 20 weeks. Still not too far along in to the game. I think you're pure perfection, and that is an authentic compliment. Does your doctor take a wand into the OR? I love you in the Gossard too! So beautiful. Be well...xoxo

20 Weeks Today

Dear all,

I know, I should have updated earlier.. but so much happened and sometimes I even forgot (for a couple of hours) that I have had my ba this summer.

Each month makes a huge difference and I do not know where to start when telling you about my ba process. Because I do not have a lot of time, I would like to just tell you what comes to my mind when thinking about the changes I experienced and what I think and how I feel about my breast augmentation now, 20 weeks after my surgery:

Since a couple of weeks, I am laying on my stomach when resting, and for an hour it can be quite comfortable. If you had asked me two months ago, I would not have thought this is possibel.. But the biggest change to me is that my breasts do not look like they used to when I was writing my last update here on realself. Sometime around my 4 months mark, I realized, that I am “developing” cleavage, that my breasts became probably softer, the muscles relaxed more and therefore I developed that look, I have always wanted to have and that I have never had in my life, not even when having bigger breasts before my kids. I am really happy about that. I will upload a picture with a grey striped v neck shirt where you can see what I mean. ;)

A couple of weeks ago, I was not so happy… because my breasts seemed to look so uneven, me and my fiancé thought, I would need a revision. One breast was sitting lower than the other one and the nipple was looking more upwards… and I cannot tell you how much I worried about it, how I hated to look in the mirror. I thought, my left breast, the one that was so swollen (I told you about it before), dropped too much and that I would need to fix it. Fortunately, today, the unevenness seems to be not so obvious anymore and I might be able to live with it and to see it as a minor thing that has to do with my natural breasts that were not totally identical before but never bothered me.

For all of you, who did not read all of my review: I got 580cc, textured, round with a diameter of 13.4 from Mentor-Perthese and before my ba my bra size was 30c, now it is 30i. That is two cups bigger than I expected when experiencing with rice and bras before my surgery! I am posting a picture in my (ugly) nude bra from Change in size 30i and you can see how tight the bra is… So I am not so sure whether I will need a bigger cup size later on. I hope not, though, because even though the internet is a big market place for bigger bras, the variety is not like it used to be and I am really missing my old bras from Aubade that are of a much better quality and more feminine than what I was able to find for my new cup size so far. Regarding bras: To all of you living in Germany, I can highly recommend enamora.de. On the website you find many bras and bikinis for special sizes and the ordering process I experienced was really good. I ordered bras from Gossard that are called push up bras but in fact are with a normal lining and without much padding. I think they call them push up because of the cut… I expected a real push up, but am happy about the lace bra that I have now in black (see pictures with wide skirt) and nude. Also, I ordered Freya bikinis that are a good alternative to my triangle bikinis because the latter do not give much support. I did not think I would buy anything with ruffles on my breasts, but I was so happy to have those tops when being on my vacation in October. I kept the bikini in black as well as in red. (I think I have to search for a picture to upload.. but try to show them to you latest next week, ok?)

The swelling in my left breast is much better, but did not totally disappear. Does anyone of you have the same experience? I will upload two pictures and you can clearly see, my left breast is not as squishy as the right one yet. I am pretty sure it is only a question of time.

Since two days ago, I am experiencing a sharp pain for a couple of seconds, repeatedly. I think it has to do with the nerves again…. And at night or after a long time in a bra or after I carry something heavier, my breasts do hurt a bit and feel sore and “tired”. I think those of you with already augmented breasts know what I mean, don’t you? Otherwise with each new week I am feeling better and better.

I am still using bio-oil every other day and sometimes Bepanthen cream for my incisions. And at night, I am sleeping in a sports bra from Shock Absorber, the one I wrote about in an earlier post. Still looking for a nice bra with good support to sleep in that has a small band size and is big enough for my breasts. Any ideas for 30i? Would love to have a bra that is softer and with more cotton, with a more natural feeling.

Oh, and regarding my search for great longsleeve shirts.. I did still not find any that show my cleavage.. but at least I found some that are a little shine through (very Little) and soft and fit perfectly. I found them in two stores that belong to H&M: One is called &other stories and the other one is called COS. They are not cheap, each was 30 Euros, but worth the money, because they look so good that I can even wear them at work or dressed up with a nice skirt at night. :)

Need to leave the office now… So that’s it for now from me. :)

I hope you are all healing well and enjoying Christmas time wherever you are in the world! And to those of you who are still planning to get their breasts augmented, I am wishing you all the best for your upcoming surgery.

Have a great weekend, xoxo, Mini

P.S. Please find the pictures in my next update...
Sweetie, you are beautiful. You have the perfect breasts! Your surgeon couldn't have done a better job. Congrats to both him and YOU! Miss you around here. As for the swelling. It can take a good 3 to 4 months before it goes away completely, but it can sometime linger on a little longer (not unusual at all). If overly concerned, I would phone your doctor for peace of mind, but think you're safe. The sharp breast pains you're experiencing for a few seconds sounds very normal, again, if unsure, always call your surgeon. Too me you sound you're healing normal, but I am not doctor. :-) Hope to see you again soon, if not, Happy Holidays, friend! Take good care of yourself...xoxo

11 Weeks

As promised, here are some new pics with my exchanged new bras from the store Change. I am so happy they took all three worn bras back after two weeks and a couple of days and I got three new bras instead. :) The black bra is different from the one I bought initially. It is my first bra that is totally unlined. I bought a t-shirt-bra in nude as well: Ugly but great to have and so comfy! All the bras are size 30i and especially the Britney Spears bra and the nude one are quite tight.

I will upload some naked pics as well because I think they are looking a tiny bit more "normal" now compared to when I uploaded naked pics a couple of weeks ago. Don't you thinks so, too?

Also, I promised Beth, the community manager, to recommend my PS if you want to get a BA in my area. Please write me a private message if you are trying to find a PS in my area and I will tell you more.

I ordered some push up bras and a bikini from Gossard online and hope to be able to achieve sexy cleavage with those. I am not sure if I ordered the right size, if the sizing system is like I thought. Anna1989 has just written about this problem ... And I will tell you what I have learned after my package has arrived, too. I think I will have it on Monday, if I am lucky.

I would love to find a great basic shirt that is tight and makes my breasts look great, that shows some cleavage... But it is harder than I thought because of me being tall and slim and now with big boobs. Most slim fitted shirts are quite short, on my tummy and/ or the arms. Sometimes they look funny over my boobs now, too, because they are too tight. And medium sized shirts very often are too lose around my shoulders and tummy. Does anyone here have the same problem and can recommend a good brand for simple shirts?

Good night from Europe and thank you for reading my review and writing so many sweet messages! :)

You have amazing results!!! WOW! I can't help with the sizing issues though since I still pretty much fit in all my pre op shirts still. You are 2 sizes bigger than me though. I'm a 32DD. I hope to get closer with 600 or 650s!
Oops 32DDD
Absolutely stunning results! I am so glad you are coming along nicely. The new bras are so cute. Thank you for the update doll! Looking forward to your next update
Thank you very much! :)
I have that problem. Though not nearly as tall as you at 5'7, i have the same basic proportions, becaus I weigh between 118-122 lbs. Unfortunately that body type has caused some rippling lately which bigs the [RS bleep] out of me. (Have lost my very hard earned four or five pounds but that's a separate issue).
Inhabe NO idea if you can order Target tank tops and Ts in Europe online but THEY have amazing LONG, fitted very soft cotton Ts and tanks that look great on lean, tall girls with big boobs. And they fit just right. Inthink the brand I get is Mossimo (which is theirs i am pretty sure.) They are fitted and long and lean so they solve that problem perfectly and they are soft and actually wear well. My favorite grey tank (actually the one in my profile pic) is four years old. ( It is from pre revision and lasted through my last pregnancy) so, well made despite the low price tag, and they are soft enough to cling to your curves and be fitted in the waist and shoulders, long enough to cover your tummy, but stretch where they need to.;-)
** Top: Get the basic cotton ones though. The ribbed tend to be too tight. And i don't like how they make even my relatively slim waist look poochy.
Ypunlook incredible bye

How do have NO RIPPLING?
Envious;-)
Like always: THANK YOU! :)) I will tell my friend, who is living in NY to get me some shirts from Target or might go there myself next summer, if our plans work out and we will spend the summer in California.

I have heard sooo much about Target, a German girl I know, who is living in Malibu now, even wrote an article about Target in a magazine. :) She said, her friends even pronounce the name the French way "Targé" because it would be so nice there and you can get everything in the store. I would love to have the store here, too!

Don't be envious: I have no rippling when I walk or stand still.. BUT I do have a little rippling when I bend forward AND let my arms hang down or when bending forward AND sidewards. When I do the latter, the rippling is even inside my cleavage. It looks as if the muscle is pressing on the implant, though. That is why my PS told me, it could go away over time and to massage them. Remember? I told you about it and you told me you are having the same kind of rippling. We truly have the same basic proportions, and now, even our boobs are more or less the same. ;) I am just a little taller and heavier than you.
I found them on their Websites, those Shirts! They look just perfect! What a pity I cannot buy them right now! What size would you recommend for me? What size do you wear?
The article about "Targée": http://www.instyle.de/blogs/inside-instyle/kaufrausch-malibu

;))
Wow they're looking amazing ! I love the bras too!!
Thank you! At least one store I know now that has my size. ;) I need to get used to ordering online, now. A new experience for me. I have never ordered underwear online before.
I know how do you know what size to go with I'm so hesitant with ordering bras online!
Thanks for sharing this update, Minnie. As always, you look so beautiful. I love the bras and the Britney Spears collection (checked it out). Now, I just have to order, which I abhor doing online. It's bad enough I am always returning bras in real life. Cannot imagine the disappointment online, but I will go for it. Never know, right? You look so good so early on. I cannot believe your result...nothing short of amazing. One of my favorites! Muah and more muah...xoxo
Thank you for being so sweet! :)

I think the Britney Spears bras are a little bit smaller than the other bras from Change, even though I am wearing the same size in every Change bra I have. Just wanted to let you know before you order online. ;) Good luck! And don't be disappointed if it does not fit. Try to order different sizes so at least in the end you know which size you need. For my breasts, there were some bras that did not fit.. so it must not mean no Change bra fits if you just tried one or two different bras. ;)
