Still satisfied with the results. The procedure changes the propotions dramatically. I’m very happy I did it.
On thing I essential to everyone interrested in this procedure: there will be a scar that is not invincible. Depending on skin texture and healing the outcome is different for everyone but still it’s a good 3cm that are being cut and stitched back again. So consider wisely if you can take being asked “what happens to your nose?” Go for it!
Be prepared that your smile will change too. Volume of upper lip changes and the border becomes more prominent.
Choose your doctor with care and ask questions as mic as you can to make sure that the sregeon REALLY knows everything about this technique.
I had pretty good 8-10 mm removed and in the final result it has settled to a bit less but totally fine for me. If you have very small upper lip, maybe consider filler afterwards too.
A beard can help covering and makeup to, but the scar is still there.
Scars on top of muscles change constantly, stretch and tighten.
Color will fade to normal after 3-6 month and sensation of the area too.
After all I would to this procedure again.

Quick update: Love the result a lot, still feels a bit different if there was sind kind of thread/wire under my skin but bo pain At all.
The scar is bigger than i thought it would be but its fading from week to week a little more. As my doc said its healing pretty good and will fade completely but can take up to 2 years to ne totally! gone.
It Looks totally normal/natural and most people dont even notice anything than beautyful lips^^
when i think back i would like my doc to have taken a bit more skin out, but WE compromised and im really happy je did not make me look like a joke!

day 3 evening – without bandage
in the evening the bandage was taken off, the area was cleanend and my doctor put some special bandaid on top... swelling went down so far;)
