I think many women are happy with the results of Dr. Van de Ven, but for me he was the wrong surgeon. I already looked feminine but for me something was missing so i went to him. I was only 20 and my transition just started. I didnt really know what i wanted and so i trusted him blindly. I thought he knows how to make a beautiful face and all the things he offered to me were nessecary. I had my doubts but he found the right words that i trusted him. In the end i regret the surgerie for me he destroyed my face. My jaw was just a little bit to big, now i dont have a jaw anymore. I told him that i love the tip of my nose but he changed it without letting me know. I just wanted some small changes now i dont recognize myself anymore and dont feel pretty anymore. I am having no fun beeing a woman now. The hairline lowering also looks like before i just got some scars of it, probably a hair transplantation would be better. Dr van de van didnt really analyze my face he just made his Standard thing. Which means to Cut off every bone till there is nothing left. The face doesn’t look feminine for me. Bones give a face a character and means beauty for me. Many women do surgeons to get more contours. I advice you to really know what you want and better go to different surgeons and hear what they recommend you. I also recommend you to get a nosejob with a surgeon who is specialist on noses. Dr Van de Ven isn‘t. A good surgeon would also say if a surgerie is needed or not. I have been to different surgeons after that and they all said Dr. Van de Ven took my beauty. I just needed chin and cheek implants. Instead he fit the nose and the forehead to the fleeing chin.... For me it wasn‘t clear that the result would look like this on the edited pictures. I also didn’t know that my face could be numb forever after the surgery. Many are happy with the results of Dr. Van de Ven but some aren‘t choose Carefully and don‘t be blinded by the pictures on his page. I am not saying that he is a bad surgeon, he was just not the right one for me. It was also my fault because i didn’t exactly know what i wanted and couldn’t explain it. I had doubts but i didn‘t listen to them. If you have any doubt with your surgery grab your things and go.

Hi there, I feel the same. He cut off all my jae and chin and I now have no jaws. It is true that he has no sense of aesthetic and he seems to have a habit of cutting as much boned as possible.
Dear, when a patient comes for a consult, dr Bart van de Ven makes a simulation of what you could look like after surgery based on the procedures that were discussed and agreed upon. It is very clear which procedures you are getting, and what the outcome of that would be. So a patient knows which procedures will be executed, and how much will be 'taken' or 'added' to the parts you asked for. No surprises. The surgery cannot take place if there is no agreement. Dr Bart van de Ven is very straightforward in what he can do for you, he's not interested in trying to convince anyone of needing anything. He has said 'no' to requests before. But if you are indeed a patient of ours and you are unhappy with your surgery, of course we welcome you to our clinic to see how we can help you, without any obligations. We can do a revision surgery if it is deemed necessary. It would be very helpful if you added pictures to your post, and if you explained in detail which procedures you had. Because based on what you mention, lasting facial paralysis could technically/medically speaking not be a possible side effect. We hope you will contact us! Kind regards, 2pass Clinic
