Belly button revision

Here’s an updated picture of my belly button revision. My concern is there is a foul smell md the incision site is no healing ( thick yellow-grey discharge) and area around my belly is inflamed & spreading.
Made an appt with my GP since my surgeon doesn’t think it’s something I should worry over but something tells me to get a second opinion. I’m really worried, especially with the order and thick discharge

I recently had a full mommy makeover with TT, lipo and BA. I was happy with the results, except for my belly button. I ended up with an outie which I never had before.

I just had my revision on Thursday (exactly 7 days ago) but am not sure if my healing is on track or if I should be concerned. Please see pic
