I was scheduled today 5/7 to have 6 areas done, two next to each other on the love handle/back fat and one on each area that's considered bra fat. I'm a 31 yr old mother of three. I'm 5"5 and 130lbs. I am healthy and work out a few times a week but can't get rid of my love handle area.

They say it's not supposed to be painful but It was! She started out with my left side bra fat area. First she took before pictures and explained how it would feel. While standing she marked all the areas with permanent marker. She then applied the freezing cold gel pad that will definitely wake you up! Then she applied the suction while I was standing and it pulled me back a little. It felt like it was digging into my ribs and bruising me. It was mainly uncomfortable but the pressure that I felt against my bones hurt. Then she told me to carefully lay down on the bed/table. I had to be careful not to knock the suction off or else she would have to start it over. So I was lying on my right side for an hour, trying to get comfortable and thinking why the hell did I do this and how am I going to be able to go through this 5 more times today! Finally the machine started twitching and pulling itself off of me slowly and it was over. She said it might hurt a little to pull the machine off because of the suction. It was very painful and I have a high tolerance for pain. I was trying to close my eyes and bear it. Then it came to the worst part of the whole thing, the 2 minute massage! I knew that was the worst part of it from reading reviews and from the place telling me but It was way worse than I imagined. When that was over she asked me to stand up so she could put the gel pad on my right side and get that going. I stood up slowly and she pressed on the area that she just massaged and said you're very swollen but that's to be expected. I winced and she asked if it hurt and I said yes it's very sore. Next thing I knew I woke up on the floor with two workers asking me if I was alright. I said what happened and they told me I had fainted! They called an ambulance because I tensed up my arms before I went down.

I don't have a history of fainting but the intense pain shocked my body and my blood pressure dropped and cut off oxygen to my brain. This happened once before when someone accidentally kicked off my thumb nail. At that point I was scared to get up and my arm was hurting from the fall. I sat on the floor and they got me orange juice. They said I should have eaten before the procedure but I went so early in the morning that I didn't have enough time to. They helped me up to sit back on the bed and brought me a wrap to eat. They didn't feel it was safe to continue the other 5 treatments and told me to reschedule the other side for next week. Now I'm so nervous to go back and have to deal with the pain of this but I have to because I already did my right upper back and payed them in full.

Has anyone else fainted after cool sculpting? She told me it has happened before but usually when the person is getting their abdomen done and sitting on the bed. She said it looked like I was seizing the way I tensed my arms up.

The four love handle ones have to be done all together in the same day. I have no idea how I'm going to get through that!
