After dieting and exercising for a year and a half and losing 100 pounds, I was left with a lot of loose skin and was still unhappy with my body. Was especially unhappy with all the saggy skin on my abs, that wouldn't go away no matter how many crunches I did! So thrilled with the outcome of a flat tummy, breast lift, buttocks, hips and upper torso/thighs all lifted and excess skin gone!! Went down another whole size in jeans post op and am easily wearing a size 4! Breasts are perky and I don't have to stuff them in a bra and have them spilling out! No more love handles on my hips and torso! Scars are minimal and placed where can be covered by bikini!
