I really just wanted to feel good about my appearance. Historically, the women in my family age pretty well in our faces, not in the neck! My neck totally gave away my age. After my neck lift (and I had upper and lower eyes done too) I feel so much better. I have regained confidence and I really do feel better about how I look.

Dr Naficy is fantastic. When he was in the room with me, I did not feel like he was thinking about other patients. His attention was focused solely on me. He understands that his patients place a lot of faith and trust in him. I do not feel that he takes this for granted. His staff is awesome. I had the pleasure of working with Lauren, Misty and Liz. Great experiences at each visit. After my procedure I had to bug Lauren a few times with questions, but she always made me feel better and I never felt as if I was bothering her. Misty was my care coordinator before my surgery, and she was super helpful and answered all my questions. Liz cared for me at my follow-up and she was not in a rush and she seemed truly happy that I was pleased with the outcome of my procedure. Overall, I had a great experience and will go back to Dr Naficy and his team if/when I want to do anything else for myself.
