Neck and Chin Smart Lipo - Bellevue, WA

i have my neck and chin smart lipo done in June 2011, the second day when my bandage was removed i noticed right away on my right neck still showing the fat, the skin still sagging.. i keep telling my self it will go away.. still new.. and not only the right side it has lumps and bumps everywhere, i showed this to my surgeon and i ask him if this lumps and bumps will go away, he said "he hope so".that's not really an answer i wanted to hear.. but then it's to soon to tell..im almost on my 4th months now .. nothing is changing.. i can feel all the tissues (lumps and bumps) multiples around my neck.. if this is the very best they can do..then i wont recomend this clinic to anyone at this point..

I would like to show this to their head surgeon and see what they said.. if they think this is a very good job, then there is something really wrong.. as of now i am not very happy/ looks like its only half is done..I have another appointment to see my surgeon and i will ask him if they can fix the bumps esp on my right neck i can feel at least a couple of tissues with a sz of dimes... and its moving...i can push with my fingers while im massaging my neck... it's so embarrasing to show.. at least before i have double chin but now looks like i have a big bumps on my right neck

As of today 01/02/2012.. after i posted my experience with my neck and chin smart lipo way back last year, i was contacted by the owner of the Business, and at the same time we went back to the clinic for follow up, and talk to the Dr and the manager of the clinic.. when we show my concern to the Dr i showed them my pictures when we went on vacation.. all the pictures showing half of neck has big bumps and if you look closer its even worst and not considering i lost my smile for few months and thanks god i just started getting my smile back.

Dr told us this is the first time he has complain, as i said before... if he think this is the best work as a cosmetic surgeon i wont recommend... The manager promise she will schedule me with the diff Dr she said Dec, then become Jan and now she said it should be in March.... but still not sure yet.. That is not really a good news for me.... and at the same time I was searching online about other people who have good or bad experience on the same surgery that i have... i come across this Katy who have the same surgery but it was done in California by Dr Tavasolli, she posted her pictures of before and after.... she look great,,,, so i called the manager of clinic wher i have mine done and mentioned to her about katy.. she told me the Dr only works in Fresno branch ... but if I'm going to California in the future she is willing to make the arrangement with the Dr,,,,, and i noticed she paid less than what i paid mine.. hhhmmm i dont think i like ......i dont know why...but i think i deserve an explanation.

NOT only that i paid more or overcharged me but i dint think the result is not very satisfying... and i started getting negative comments from my friends "whats wrong with my neck" other people ask me if i have goiter... i told them i have smart lipo done .... Its really embarrassing .... and I'm still not very happy... and very disappointed.

Hello again,,, its been a year and half went by,,, in between i was told by their other surgeon i needed necklift, i was told that i am beyond fixing, i need neck lift. and . they will do it,, but i have to pay for anesthesiologist of $2500. and they will give me neck lift, i ask them multi[le times why not just touch up.. and of course i was told no cant do it... i decided to go along. they re schedule for 14th of Dec I paid $2500, my appointment is 14th of Dec check in time noon, couple day before i see their other surgeon for confirmation, he assured i needed a necklift, the night before the surgery i get a called from Anesthesiologist asking a bunch of question, the day of the surgery, i check it at noon ... me and my husband is sitting there till 2 pm finally the surgeon came over 2 of them ,my surgeon and the director, and guess what,, they will do smart lipo on me instead of necklift, the same procedure that one of their dr did to me... a year and half ago, and now im qualified for touch up all of the sudden, wait the minute,,, i paid for necklift $2500, and now all i get is smart lipo which i already paid last June 2011.. something is going on here.... tomorrow Monday i will try to ask for my money back $2500. a week ago, i ask the manager if they can just do touch up i will be happy with that... i dont need neck lift.. she told me i was beyond that, she even let me see one of their PS and he said the same thing, they can try laser but not guarantee... thats why we agree on necklift, and the day of the surgery , the actual surgeon said he will do smart lipo instead, and i like the result... but what happen to my $2500...

AND another thing,,,, when i went on surgery,, they did the surgery on me wearing my street clothes, what ever im wearing on the way to the dr is the same clothes im wearing when they performing the surgery,,,, my sock, my pants and my top... i was not given a gown and head cover,,,,i am under local anesthisia.. i can hear them talking, i know how many people in the room, i can feel the pain, and even see the first person who did my surgery DR. Burlis, is there to ,the 2 PS and the nurse.
