I have had huge body issued since giving birth to 3 children, I work out, try to eat healthy and no matter what I did, I hated my body. I'm not going to lie.... It wasn't painless, or even close to... but from beginning to end it was a good experience. We just got back from a beach vacation and for the first time in 10 years I wasn't embarrassed to be in a swimsuit.
