When it comes to facial plastic surgery, experience is all what matters. Check how many procedures that surgeon did and review the patients feedback carefully. See below for my experience and advice. My first experience in facelift with Dr Young was not good. He left me with a submental scar associated with lines and ridges over my bilateral cheeks. I had to go to do a revision with one of the top surgeons in facelift and I am thrilled with his artist work. From his feedback about Dr. Young's work, I do not recommend him to have this procedure with him. My second surgeon criticized the submental approach that Dr. Young used. He also found out when he opened that the deep tissues were not mobilized enough.

I find it humorous that you are questioning every person that writes a negative review about you whether he/she is a real patient. I understand that it might be hard to accept that you have unhappy patients, but it is important that the public knows about the good AND the bad.

someones face is not a thing to play with sir. I am reading your response and it is insensitive. Focus on he positives? when her or his self esteem is shot because of his or her surgeon and they are probably out a bunch of money? Don't sound petty you are supposed to be above that as a surgeon .. my surgeon botched me and i see him here touting buttlifts,, i had only lipo but he was a real trash bag and I HAD to tell people about him.. you like he are only human and can make mistakes just own up to them and help the patient who paid you their hard earned money and trusted you with their lives and faces and bodies..

Very good point. I didn't detect a litany of complaints in this reviewer's posting. I detected 2 main concerns: a) her result was poor all round and b) the follow up was non-existent. It might bode Dr Young well to take a few pointers from some of these disgruntled patients unless he wants to spend more time on here defending himself against these reviews. It seems like he's trying to come across as a nice guy, so why - if he'd listened to what his patients wanted in the first place, or at least tried to resolve things with them satisfactorily - are they on here "complaining about all the bad things"? You have to understand that plastic surgery is a huge deal for the average person (not on a doctor's salary) and poor results can cost you more than money. Good luck faceliftadvisor and good luck Dr Young.

Yes exactly.... What is going on with this doctor's practice? What's up with the copy and paste response to every negative review.

Hi faceliftadvisor, I also was left with bad facelift results with Dr. Young. May I ask who your new surgeon was to have yours revised? (please send private message). Is the surgeon in the Seattle area? Glad to hear you had good results the second time.
I would love to add your experience to the facelift community, but it would be helpful if you could provide some more detail about your experience with the actual procedure/treatment. I suggest adding pros and cons and/or before and after photos - optional of course, so that other community members can use your review as a guide through their journey.
Looking forward to your response so I can add your review to the facelift community.
