This was the best thing I ever did for myself. I had sagging eyelids and under eye puffiness, along with wrinkles at the lower corners of my mouth. Also, my temples were sunken so that I had a "skull-like" appearance. The upper bleth took care of my eyelids and the fat transfer filled in my temples, lower eyes and the wrinkles around my mouth. As an added bonus, the fat that was used for my procedure was taken out of my knees so that the fat around my knees, which has always bothered me, was gone. An added bonus!!
