Not much has changed at 4 weeks. Same soreness, same tightness, still can't bend down, still can't sit, still can't drive or ride passenger to get out of this house. I can actually sleep on my side now, so sleeping is at least better! :)
My implants have dropped a tiny little bit more, but hardly even noticeable. Swelling is definitely gone now. Everything just seems to have stalled this week. Hoping for more progress next week.

My list of must-have butt implant recovery items
1) Female travel urinal
This item has been indispensable!! Allows you to pee standing up. Trying to sit down on the toilet once a day to do the other is plenty for me - I couldn't imagine having to do that every time I had to pee too! Absolute must-have for this recovery! It makes going to the bathroom a breeze!
2) Memory foam wedge pillow
I use this everyday to prop myself up while on my tummy. I have lived on this pillow for weeks now and couldn't imagine not having it!
3) Stomach sleeper pillow
I had never slept on my stomach before this surgery and this pillow definitely made it easier for me.
4) Magnesium
Laxatives and stool softeners just don't work for me, but this works flawlessly and naturally. Magnesium has kept me regular through the entire recovery and even makes it soft so it doesn't hurt to go at all.
5) Cottonelle flushable wet wipes
Makes it easy to get really clean after the magnesium has worked its magic on you, which reduces that scary risk of infection from that stuff being so close to your incisions. I am pretty obsessive with these and use about 10-12 each time I need to.
All of these items I purchased on Amazon, but I'm sure they're available at other places too.
