This was my third cosmetic surgery with Dr. Sepehr Egrari and as before, the results exceeded my expectations. I did not want implants or a breast lift so a fat transfer was the best option for me. I also liked the fact that there would be no ongoing maintenance required for this procedure. After a few weeks I could see the results and I am thrilled, my breasts are now full and firm. Absolutely worth the money and down time. Recovery was not difficult and pain wasn't bad after the first few days. I would do it again. Not only are my breasts now firmer but problem areas I could not get rid of fat with exercise alone are now perfect, I'm very happy! Dr. Egrari is a perfectionist, he and his office have very high standards and deliver white glove customer service to their clients. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Egrari for over five years now and this was my third cosmetic surgery with him. I also visit his non-invasive clinic monthly for laser treatments, Botox and filler. I can honestly say I have never been unhappy with any of my results. Dr. Egrari is a perfectionist, he delivers amazing customer service (as does his staff) and I have complete faith in him. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon that will be honest with you about expectations and results, is a perfectionist and offers impeccable service and is the best in their field, Dr. Egrari will not disappoint. I trust him completely.
