For the last five years, I have thought about undergoing a breast augmentation. I had always been told to love the body I was given. I had tried to do this for years but I could not love what I saw in the mirror everyday. I wanted to look more proportionate. I have wider hips and a small chest, 32A, which gave me a pear shaped body. I desired the hourglass figure. I felt as if I was lacking one of my womanly qualities. My roommate went to Dr. Egrari for her breast augmentation and she has not regretted it for one day. She said she has never been happier. She loved him and the staff as well.
I finally decided to set up a consultation to see what this whole thing was about. The consultation went great. Dr. Egrari and his staff are so kind and informative. They answered all my questions and concerns. I explained to Dr. Egrari that I wanted a very natural look and I wanted my breasts to fit my body. I did not want someone to look at me and think, “Wow, that girl got a boob job.” He addressed my concerns and explained that he can give me a very natural look that is proportionate to my body. He measured my chest, my weight, and came up with a size that would look normal with my body. He chose 345cc silicone implants, and under the muscle. His staff can also take photos of you and show you what you would look like with the breast augmentation. I felt so comfortable and welcomed by Dr. Egrari and his staff, that I scheduled my surgery that day for December 29th.
The day of my surgery, I was very nervous. I kept worrying about complications, or what if I did not like how they looked. Surgery is scary, and so is permanently changing your body. This is something that needs to take a lot of thought. Dr. Egrari, his staff, and the Anesthesiologist, made me feel very safe and comfortable. Their surgical room looks very clean and safe as well. I ended up being more excited than scared before my surgery. The day of, I was not in very much pain. I felt pretty normal actually, just worried about moving a lot.
My healing process was very quick. I had no stitches on the outside and I had no tubes or anything. I work in a restaurant so instead of taking 7 days off work, I took 10 days off work and I felt fine going back to work. I had no complications following my surgery. I had limited swelling and no bruising. Again, every body is different so everyone will heal differently and at different paces. Also, everyone’s breasts will look different after surgery because everyone has different breasts to start with. Anyway, the healing process was quick and easy. I would say I was back to feeling pretty normal after a few weeks. If I had any questions or concerns, I was able to call the nursing staff and ask them so I loved that.
Now to the good part, was it worth it? YES!!!!! This was the best decision I have ever made. The first time I looked at my chest, I started crying because I was so happy with my results. They are not too big for my body. They make me look so much more proportionate. They are not too high up on my chest, they actually are lower so they look more natural. Nobody would guess that they weren’t real. My confidence has gone up a substantial amount. I am beyond happy with my results. There is not one thing I hate about my chest now. Not a day has gone by where I have regretted my decision. I highly recommend setting up a consultation if you are even thinking about getting this procedure done. I would also HIGHLY recommend Dr. Egrari. He did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with my results. Also, you can set up monthly payments through CareCredit so it is affordable for almost everyone. I am a college student, working in a restaurant, and living in a house with roommates and I can afford this.
Another thing that holds many people back is the idea of having children and breast-feeding could be a problem. Actually it will not be a problem. Since I went under the muscle, my actual breast was never touched. Dr. Egrari also made the incision under my breast so my nipple was never touched either. I can still breast feed with no worries at all.
If you are young, ENJOY your body now! It does not hurt to set up a consultation. I cannot express how happy I am with my results and how glad I am that I went to Dr. Egrari.

I also saw Dr. Egrari for a BA in 2009. Still very happy with my results
