Dr.Naficy is truly gifted at rhinoplasties. Many of my friends and relatives travel from all over the US just to have him conduct their rhinoplasties. He's not too conservative (to the point where there is no change at all) nor is his work too fake. It's absolutely perfect. He makes you the nose your face was meant to have.
I would never let anyone touch my nose other than Dr. Sam Naficy.
