3 months and final check up this week! Woohoo! Mentor 425 gel, moderate plus, final bra size is a 32Dish. Definitely experience shrinkage during that last 2 weeks. Possibly because workouts have increased! Super pleased with the outcome. Fuller breasts and smaller nipples, i have that youthful look again! My surgeon has been tough on me (he needed to be), restricting my training a lot, but now that I am at the finish line, it was 100% worth it! I wanted to be very discreet with my surgery, and so far I have been able to hide these new additions just fine! Lol. But swimsuit weather is just around the corner, that might be challenging!

Hey ladies! I haven't checked in for a bit! I'm almost at 8 weeks, working hard to get my fitness back. Still no running, but hitting the bike trainer hard, with lots of power walks. My scars are finally feeling smooth and less noticeable, a bit red here since I just finished working out! I hardly even notice my boobs anymore, they feel 100% a part of me now! I do think I've sweated off about 1/2 a bra size or maybe this is normal at the 8 week point? ugg ...that dreaded Shrinkage! Just 4 more weeks and I'm FREE to do ALL things again!!! Home stretch!!! ????

Just shy of 7 weeks and feeling very antsy to get back to my running and swimming regiment! Thankfully the bike trainer and daily power walks have maintained what little sanity I do have!
This week I've noticed the Stitches around my areola are slowing starting to melt away, the right side isn't coming along as quickly, but I'm guessing it's because it had more work done on it. They still feel pretty firm, hoping they soften soon! Sooooo is it normal that some days I feel super HUGE, then other days I feel like Im not big at all!! #braingames.
Bra shopping just around the corned!!! Yeah!!!!
