Down Side to Permanent Filler

After I had it in my smile lines and chin injected several times over two years I had a lower face lift and other surgeries done. the bellafill changed the areas enough to be noticable in a bad way after the operations with visible lumps so I've been getting regular kenalog injections to shrink the stuff down since last November. Thankfully the kenalog has been working but I suspect it won't get the stuff entirely gone, just enough so it doesn't show through the skin. Bellafill or any filler for that matter is no substitute for quality surgery. At 800+ a syringe over the course of two years it was actually as expensive as surgery, and it didn't solve the problem.
