I have a long face and has wanted to try all kinds of things, but Dr Raj told me was simply a matter of creating more volume in my mid face. She used ~2 syringes of Bellafill in my cheeks and I touch it up every other year or so. She is really caring and kind.

You look great. Have you heard any downside to Bellafill?
The only downside that I know of it's not reversible.
Hello. I am interested in bellafill, but so afraid Because there is not an antidote for it if it comes out lumpy. Did she explain risks? Also, it is suppose to last 5 years. Can you tell me why you need to go every year? Thank you
Don't do it! Stay away. I had artefill 9 years ago and it is a nightmare. I have flare ups twice a year with hard granulomas sticking out of my face under my eyes in my checks and forehead.
I thought bellafill lasted 5 years. Why do you get it done every other year ?

I should have said, I'll make an appt once a year and we'll adjust tweaks as needed (not always cheeks). Sometimes, adding a little filler to nasiolabial are of a bit of jaw contouring. But I did add a bit more after the first Appt gradually.
I had Bellafill in Nashville, TN in April 2021. Looked great for 2 months and then it all disappeared. I was out a lot of money and no lasting results. The doctor said he guessed my system absorbed it.
You're lucky you didn't end up with the worst complications. I've heard some horror stories about Bellafill. I need semi permanent facial filler is fraught with complications and risks.
