I had the procedure because I wanted to feel and look better.
Many of my Family & Friends have already had implants with Dr Dona,... They were all younger than me and They all only had the one one procedure,... And they all look Sensational
I actually went into Dr Dona only wanting 1 operation, I wanted a lift & implants!!
His such a brilliant doctor he said right from the start that wasn't possible for what I wanted!!
I was a little bit down only because I wanted it all done straight away and I was scared about reading and hearing about how much pain I was going to be in and then I was thinking OMG two procedures I only want one and right away!!!
I didn't want to hear I needed 2 operations and I didn't want to wait 6 months either!!!
Dr Dona had said to wait for at least 6 months and then decide if I would like to have implants.
My new breasts were great I loved the but,.....I'm a size 16 and I just felt that for MY body they were too small and that's why I had the second procedure with implants!!
The first operation was amazing I actually went home that night in pain of course but nothing too bad,...I was very sore but it was ok!!
I just had my implants done 460CC and let me tell you I LOVE them and I actually don't feel like people are looking at me and saying 'Oh look she had her breasts done'
No one has even asked me because they look so beautiful and real in my everyday clothes!!
So friends who don't know I've done it,... Are actually none the wiser.
It's been 5 weeks maybe this operation was much easier than the first, painful on the first day but again I was still fine!!!
I must say that I had heard different stories about both procedures, the lift will be more painful,... The implants will be worse with recovery
Really it's been much the same for me,... Recovering from both have been 4-6 weeks and I went back to work within 3 weeks of both procedures!!!!

Now my friend who had her implants and lift done in 1 procedure 3 years ago from another doctor showed me her implants,...I was shocked!!! Her implants looked like my breast before any of my procedures,.....I was so upset for her I was like OMG that's terrible but the doctor she went to NEVER advised her to have 2 operations just the one and took her money and now she has booked into Dr Dona to have them fixed up because he is such a Brilliant doctor who knows his work!!!
So my tip for having amazing breasts IF they look like my first photo,.....is to have 2 procedures and goto see Dr Dona who sits down with you and talks to you, he asks you everything and how YOU want to look and feel and what an amazing job he did with me!!!
He gave me the best advise with the BEST result!!!!
Now I'm actually motivated to exercise and make the rest of my body look like they belong to these amazing breasts I now have,.... LOL

Wow you look great and I LIKE the idea of 2 ops. I struggled, at 48, knowing some were encouraging me to do mastopexy and implants same op. My doc was great and I did conservative implants nov 9 Im gonna give it over a year and probably do lift. Anyhoo congrats lookin lovely!
