boyfriends, have made me mainly insecure always putting me down about my boy figure. maybe that why i think they are not big enough now.. I listened to the surgeon. and agreed 330cc under breast Muscle, I have a supermodel frame but bigger on bottom, i wanted to go 350cc because they seem right size. I would recommend 350cc My nipples hang a little low at the moment hopefully they will rise up.. The price is amazing so I am really excited to see results, i have one boob smaller but the surgeon did not mention 2 different sizes. He just knew what he was talking about. 5 days post op. and still quite tender but pain not as bad... I just can not wait to see results and leave this flat lol

Really ,? I just been crying because no one listens to me im so sensitive at times. I guess bevause ive always been flat chested i just wanted a little more i just wish i got 400. Yours look amazing btw perfect size thank you i have one breast bigger than other.. and u can tell i did tell PS just before i went in but came back told me no

Oh my goodness, has nobody told you a what a HORRIBLE emotional Rollercoster this boob job business is!? It's sooo emotional, crying and hating them one day, next day they look better, next day you hate them. You will feel like this for about three months and then you will be happier. Most of us wish they went bigger but we were either afraid to go too big or our dr didn't allow it or because our skin couldn't accomodate. I've been wearing a padded bra lately and I feel MUCH better about myself.

Omg my boobs have gone bigger. Left under arm pitt very itchy and i smell but i dont want to wash yet. As i addressed my boobs in pictures above one is smaller than the other.. i can notice i hope it evens out a little.. but i think all women all one boob smaller than other but as they have grown i can see a little more

3rd day my nipples hanged low. Now they stick out. Not to sure if they look bigger (that much) my left boob half xup size smaller can u tell?? I know with silicone you can not get two different size implants only with saline. But im still getting pain under bigger boob arm pit. And i stink like [RS bleep] but i dont want to wash yet

I had silicone implants last March and also had uneven breasts. I had two different impant sizes put in 270 left side and 350 right side and they look amazing! I don't know why you were told you couldn't get different sizes with silicone, but completely false..... in fact almost everyone I know with implants had uneven breasts to some degree and different sizes silicone implants were used. Something for you to keep in mind in case you experience rippling down the road as is very common with saline and you decide to replace. Just hate reading about people's stories on here and the false information they are given......

No , I as I mentioned I had silicone, would never get saline.... but if you look on the site you will see many stories of people with silicone who have two different sizes .. I can give you doctors names but I am in US. I did read further and saw that you did have your procedure and you look great... I didn't realize your procedure was done when I first messaged you so I just wanted to relay that you can have different size silicone implants if needed, it's done all the time... but like I said you look amazing !!!!

Im so annoyed you can see one boob going smaller now.. and other one is perfect size i just dont want to get surgergy this early

I'm sorry to hear that.. I would relay your concerns to your doctor and also tell him you have talked to several patients who have silicone implants and they had two different sizes put in and you are upset that he told you it couldn't be done. I would insist he replace the smaller one with a bigger implant free of charge if it bothers you once you fully recover from this surgery. If you like I can send you a pic of my implant card stating the size silicone implants I had put in. I double checked and I had 210 left side, 375 right side. (Yes I was VERY uneven!!). And like I said there are many stories in Real Self with women telling of there different size silicone implants. He needs to own the fact that he gave you misinformation and make it right...
