I am 34 yo female with 1 child of 4 and a half. After my pregnancy i was left with bits and pieces i was none too happy about. I don't eat much and i do exercise 2 times a week. So after reading for some months about the lipo i have finally went and did it. It was PAL lipo under a local anesthetic. Doctor told me that i will experience an unusual feeling while the liquid was pumped into me. Hmmmmmmm. the word he forgot to mention was Unusually painful. On the scale from 1-10 it was 6-8.Anyways............... i had my tummy and love handles done and it took about an hour. He left my incisions open and they took me back to my room. Jesus........... the amount of liquid was coming out of me was huge. I have called my husband and told him to cover the car seat and bring me my old jacket. Before i went home ( 2 hours after the operation) the nurse put some bandages on me and the girdle. Nothing leaked :) That evening i have spent sitting on the couch and was keep falling asleep.Took tramadol every 4 hours before going to bed. Slept surprisingly well without painkillers. Day1 after the op. Mama mia! Pain! Tablets hardly touched it. Slept on the couch most of the time. 0 appetite. Felt sorry for my hubby, he went to all the trouble preparing something special to eat. Changed my bandages for the 1st time since hospital. Chickened out of having a shower. Felt too dizy.Day 2 after the op. I am alive and filling MUCH better. Had a shower, so back to beeing human. Only took one tablet today. pain level about 4. Feels like i have a bad bruise. Still not very hungry though. As for the changes to my body...... I see none :( Will update as time goes on.
