No review needed really, the photos speak for themselves. He mutilated my forehead, I can't bare to look in the mirror and when I do I cry lots. I wish I could go back in time and not have the surgery. Please think twice before getting surgery with Dr Bart Van der Ven. Do you want to end up looking like this?

I'm really sorry. I'm thinking of operating. Has the doctor explained what is the cause of this result?
I a have similar result from Dr Bart's hairline lowering surgery, affecting my right temple area. The scar opened up and became infected. I had to see my GP for antibiotics. The resultant scar tissue will not now grow hair. No offer of a solution from Dr Bart was forthcoming. Him paying for corrective hair transplants might have been helpful. If things go wrong this Doctor will try to ignore your problems, and in my experience, even if he does attempt a revision surgery, your problems will get progressively worse - Beware!
I want to operate in another country with another surgeon. I just researched on this surgeon's website (Bart Van de Ven) and there are many pictures of that surgery. It seems that he has experience, I would have trusted him too. Why has this happened to you? Is it because of the laxity of the scalp? He should repair his mistake, maybe with hair grafts ...
