Saggy neck after chin reduction

27, going on 70.
Yep just caused more problems with myself really, my face is deformed from mouth breathing and the deformed growth because of it.
By removing the bone my jaw is even more recessed / less support so all the tissue had just sagged, in short I’m one ugly monster

sensation

so nearly coming up to 3 months after surgery now? well roughly.
Just thought I'd update on numbness.
My feeling in my lower lip is pretty much completely back now, my chin however still has a "numbness" about it, I suppose it feels like the feeling is returning from the inside and slowly spreading but still kind of feels odd and fragile, my lower gumline/teeth is still tight and numb.
Sagging still the same :(!

swear sagging is getting worse than better! :(
