I am booked in to have my surgery on 16th January and feeling very excited but also very nervous. My surgeon seems lovely and first recommended I go for 300cc but I am going for 375cc now. He was very thorough explaining everything to me and asking what I wanted. I want a natural look but a good size.

Congratulations on your twins! Haven't come across many from the uk, let alone with "over the muscle etc. Thank you for posting as im also 34a going with 375cc tear overs. Surgerys in 3wks and worried if its too much

Hey! I started as a 34B although my surgeon reckoned I was more of an A cup. I got 375CC over the muscles. I'm nearly 13 weeks out and I am now measuring a 32F. I love them and wouldn't want them any smaller. Prob a little bigger lol. I was wanting at C/D cup but so glad I went with what I did :)

I had my surgery 3 days ago. Everything went well. Before I went in I had a chat with my surgeon and asked about going for a slightly bigger implant. He said I definitely shouldn't go any bigger for my body shape so I took his advice and went with the 375cc implants. My surgery was about 3pm and I was home by 6.30pm. I had a look at my boobs that evening and they were very swollen and sitting high but I was happy with the size so far. I think if I had of went bigger it would have been a big shock lol!
I had a hardly any pain on day 1 but on day 2 I had a lot of discomfort and some pain in between my breasts when I stood up.
Today seems to be a bit better and I am sleeping well being propped up with plenty of pillows. Keeping my sports bra on at all times. Only having a peek once or twice. They feel more sore when they aren't in the bra. They are very firm at the moment! Can't wait for them to soften!

Hi! I had my initial consultation in the Ulster clinic but had my procedure in the Fitzwilliam with Harry Lewis. Had a very good experience! Would definetly recommend Dr Lewis.
I hope surgery went well! Can't wait for an update when you're feeling up to it :)
