I had the Femilift procedure done . It was great no pain no down time results with one treatment no more bladder leaks . I also had outside vaginal area treated for better appearance no more loose skin there . No redness no down time. This is the best treatment for inside outside vaginal care. Same day results perfect perfect.... You can do all the tightening exercises you want but Femilift 30 minutes tops.
