Unfortunately, I have discovered too late that eyelid surgery is not Dr Moutran’s field of expertise. He did my upper eye lift 8 months ago and removed too much skin (confirmed when I seeked several 2nd opinions). He should have been more conservative. Now I have sunken eyes and my arched eyebrows drooped, which makes me look older. My eyes were much more beautiful before the surgery inspite of the loose skin. Botox was taking care of that. I don’t recommend this doctor for eyelid surgery.
