I had Rhinoplasty (nose job) four years ago, it was for dorsal hump removal as well refine the nasal tip. I decided to choose Dr. Makram Abi Fadhel from Lebanon to perform it, which was a very bad decision and I wish time goes back I would definitely not choose him. The operation result was terrible and he gave me over done nose with very few bone left on my nose dorsum. I would like to give some advices that can help or save someone from doing or having bad nose job results: do good search to choose a highly skilled surgeon and don't jump into anyone, see their previous results, ask him to do before and after photo sessions to make sure he has same idea on nose shape, ask about procedure, consult with more than one, and google him to make sure he has a good review. My experience with that doctor was bad.. he's arrogant unprofessional and unskilled. I unfortunately choosed him bcz I didn't follow these tips. So please choose wisely and carefully bcz first time is the best time (first opearation has best result). Thanks

Dr. Makram Abi Fadel has one method and one measurement for rhinoplasty he applies on all, this can not fit all faces and all preferences. He doesn't listen to what patient say or prefe. He is aggresive with tissue. He cut/resect more than needed which give you over done nose/bad scars with asymmetrical shape. His result is disappointing and I would not recommend him to anyone for nose job.
