My nose tip dropped to its original place. I am very happy with my nose. Very few people can actually tell that I have done a nose job.
It looks natural and fits my face. I was worried about the hanging columella at first but now I can see that the nose is really nice the way it is.
I also did cheek fillers with Dr.Charbel which I really loved because weren't too much but yet gave a healthy look to my face. I set an appointment to do fillers for my chin and cheek again for my upcoming wedding.

i did a rhinoplatsy by dr charbel medawar and not happy with the result, he was just nice to me until he got the money and after that he didt care and was very very rude and didnt answear my calls at all

Nostrils Upwards
My nose tip is still high and I don't think it will drop. My nostrils angle is too high and I can see right through my nose which I really hate and I explained to the doctor prior the surgery that I really don't want that to happen. I visited the doctor and he said that I should another month to get the columella fixed at the clinic. He said that I should wait till one year passed to get a rhinoplasty revision since the tip would continue to drop in the first year. I am praying it does since I am really getting effected by it. I no longer take photos as I used to because I don't feel comfortable about how my nose looks in photos.

I only take pics at one angle! You are not alone. My nostrils are completely uneven and the left side kinda caves in more than the right. I cant even get it fixed soon because I did this in preparation for getting married this year, for which the photographer will only be allowed to take side pics as Im so paranoid!
It´s prettier to be able to see into the nostrils and a dropping nosetip is not considered attractive.
But even if I commented that, your nostrils seems a bit weird after the surgery like you said. I think you should have a revision with a more competent surgeon.
The problem with your new nose isn´t that the nostrils are more upwards, he ruined the shape of your natural nostrils instead of keeping them.

don't do it, I did mine in december 2014 together with my best friend. We are really unhappy we chose Dr. Charbel

Hanging Columella
I am looking at the photos I am taking recently and whenever I smile I notice that I can see into my nose and that the columella looks so big. I am not sure if this is normal or not. I am readin about it online and some say that I might need a revision rhinoplasty while others advice to wait because it might be swollen. anyone has a clue about this? You can also see it in the photo I posted before.

The change is amazing ! You looked really good before the surgery but now you have a model like quality to your face, beautiful and elegant ! Congratulations ! As for the problems you see , just give it some time , for the swelling to come down. You shouldn't worry you look magnificent !
I have felt the same I've had mixed reviews, sometimes it can be hard to stomach and it gets you down. I hope you have a great result you are stunning!
Aw, that is so hard. But you are only one month post op! From what I have read, there is a lot of settling that the tip has to do. A lot of people report 'piggy nose', and the tip settles down lower after some time. I have not had surgery yet, and am afraid that the tip will be rotated up too much, but I read that for it to appear too high initially is normal. It will settle. Also, with revision rhinoplasty generally you need to wait a year, so just sit tight. Being patient is so hard, especially after all we go through physically, financially, and emotionally to get through the surgery. But call your surgeon and discuss your fears with him/her. He/she can reassure you and save you some anxiety!xoxo
As far as I know the tip drops over time as the swelling subsides. You almost want it to be a bit high at first otherwise you'd end up with too low of a tip. I think your results are beautiful!
Your nose kinda reminds me of Audrey Hepburns nose, it is pretty when you can see into the nostrils most beautiful women have "pig noses".
