Revision Rhinoplasty / Complex Referral - Beaverton, OR

My name is Michelle I am 38 years old, I had Rhinoplasty 3 years ago. After everything was healed I immediately realized I would need a revision. I consulted with 3 Plastic surgeons in my area and was told it was a complex revision all 3 felt they "might" be able to fix my concerns, but had the risk of it getting worse too. I met Dr. Hays this year when I consulted with him for Breast Aug, I decided to ask him about my nose. Meeting Dr. Hays was a dream come true! He was so honest and kind and helpful. He said Michelle I can do Rhinoplasty, but I wan to refer you to a Plastic surgeon that specializes in complex revisions. Dr. Hayes took photos that day and personally emailed the other surgeon my photos and explained what my concerns were. Dr. Hays emailed me back that day letting me know that this other surgeon felt very confident he could achieve my goals with a revision. Dr. Hayes personally told me he feels very confident in his referral. I scheduled my consult for 3 weeks later and 2 months later had my surgery. I am now 3 weeks post op. I could not be happier!! Dr. Hayes even assistant with my surgery and did my 1 week splint removal and follow up, the following week he removed my sutures from my ear, from the cartilage graft I had done. Dr. Hayes is a class act! He does not have a ego that gets in the way from making the best decision for his patients . He has a amazing bed side manner, so kind, cares about your concerns and feelings. I feel so great full to have met him.
I can confidently refer my clients and friends and family to Dr. Hayes, I know they are in good hands.
