I'm 5'2 & 111 lbs.. I have 2 kids that I breastfed and from that I gained a set of asymmetrical/ deflated 34B cups (34 DD while breastfeeding). I missed them and I HAD to have them back! Lol. So I saw two PS and one told me I needed a lift and the other said I was borderline and would most likely have a good result from just an augmentation. I sooo did not want the lift scars! Soo the Plastic Surgeon with the better reputation is the one i went with and I trusted him completely. I originally wanted 400 hp saline but he suggested 550 HP silicone because I guess I have thin skin? Idk lol he's the pro BUT just the number 550 freaked me out so I did a bunch of research and told him 500. I'm telling you I could not be happier and I even think I COULD have gone the extra 50 lol. He is an amazing surgeon. I had minimal pain and did the need medication after the second day! I'm PO day 6 and yeah, they are still a little sore but it's totally not as bad as you would expect at all. I can't lift my kiddos yet cause I don't want to damage anything but I feel like I could if I HAD to. I'm having my one week appt tomorrow so I'll do my best to update after!

Doc says all looks good. I got the paper tape off and my incisions are not infected! Thank goodness.. I'm cleared to drive and live my life normally! Whoohoo! He just said said if it hurts, don't do it. Noted. And no under wires til the incisions fully heal. I'll do another update after my one month appt.
Oh! I don't even have to massage them because they're gel and should soften on their own, I'm pretty excited about that since I've heard it can be pretty uncomfortable. If you have any questions just comment! :)

Still pretty high and super sore!! I'm nervous. He says it's nothing to be worried about so I'm hoping it subsides in the next week or so.

They're dropping and fluffing slowly even though I'm a month post op tomorrow. They've softened up a lot but still not that soft, I still have some soreness specially upon waking up in the morning but it's so insignificant that I don't need pain pills and the pain goes away 15 mins later. I still can't get them to be pushed up in a push up bra but I'll get there. I also feel that they look a little smaller now that there is no swelling and not as much upper fullness anymore.

SFE we basically got the same size and you live fairly close to me, that's pretty cool! I stalked your profile but didn't see if you also got cohesive? Do you have boob greed? I totally do and I'm sooo hoping they soften so the gap closes up some. I was really hoping for awesome cleavage. Loving them so far and yours look great as well!!

Thanks! and I think I do have cohesive. I got Nattrelle Inspira implants, what are yours?Aren't all implants now a days cohesive (I think?)?. And I have severe boob greed, it's pretty sad lol I wish I had gotten at least 700cc, hopefully I won't feel like this for too long. I'm also hoping mine will have a smaller gap as the time goes by! We have so much in common it's crazy!

No they aren't all cohesive!! Lol silly. Most surgeons just make their suggestions based on what you're already working with and skin type and elasticity. I couldn't have saline cause it would show rippling and the outline of the implant when i bent over so he said cohesive! I didn't want just the regular gel because of leakage risks.. I wish I had gone about 600 since I'm fairly small but everyone says wait til 6 months... I'm pretty sure some things will change for us in the coming months. 500 is already a pretty aggressive size from what I've been hearing but I got Mentor MemoryGel. I noticed today that the the tighter the sports bra the less morning boob hurts!

Morning boob! Haha that kinda sucks to know I can still expect that at a month out. Dang! It's pretty brutal right, might actually be the worst part of healing yet. Going from a laying flat position to sitting up right especially and laying on my side is still a no go :( really sucks cause I was a stomach sleeper before I did this to myself.

haha at the did this to myself comment, I feel the same at times. morning boob is so much better at one month post op, nothing compared to earlier days. I've also recently been able to side sleep, though it hurts a little if I do it for too long so I only do it for a few minutes. I'm sure you'll be able to sleep on your stomach again at some point, my PS said if I do that he recommends I put a pillow on my stomach, so the boobs won't be squished too hard.
