I think the fat transfer to the cheeks has been the most lasting and significant part of my procedure. My neck is still succumbing to the relentless passage of time and gravity! I am thinking about a neck lift possibly next year.

I went to see 3 plastic surgeons to discuss a neck lift or mini facial. All of them wanted to do a full face lift and my eyelids. Dr Shaheen was the only person who listened to what I wanted and suggested the fat grafting after looking at old pictures of myself from the past 20 years. The procedure was painless and I was home in about 3 hours total. Some swelling at day 5 that was a little obvious but other than that I went back to work at the end of the week part time. i am happy with the results and I feel I look younger or perhaps just less tired.
