Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Trying to Understand if This is Normal After Procedure.

Hey all - trying to understand if my recovery is normal, or if I should be concerned. I am 12 days post op from a FUE beard transplant. I thought I picked a reputable location with multiple positive reviews. The staff was great and the Dr. board certified. However, my healing gives me major concern and the "pattern" that was chosen to implant grafts.

As of today, no real pain in donor site or recipient site, other than some minor tightness. More like a minor sunburn. Understand that's inflammation. Two big concerns:

1. Will these small pink dots go away on face? Is it just more inflammation that will subside over time? Or I am stuck with this for life... because it looks awful.
2. Beard patterns I've seen in my research have all been more "random" in placement. I have almost "rows" on my cheeks. Concerned this will grow in awful in the months to come.

Again, any feedback would be appreciated. Whether its trust the process, or you need to think about getting it fix in time. thanks
