Small black dots seen around the grafts of the transplanted hair

Hello i jad done the beard transplant one month back and till now i see a light black coloured circular skin around it. I consulted doctor and he said that these are post traumatic symptoms and fades after 3 months. But i am worried if that is a cobblestoning. Please help me with the same.
