I was recommended by a family member that found Dr. Arocha through her previous experience in seeking out specialist doctors.

A little background: prior to being assessed by Dr. Arocha I could not grow a beard. I followed up on my sister’s recommendation and met with Dr. Arocha via virtual consultation. During my meeting Dr. Arocha was very attentive and supportive of my goals while also being candid about the challenges that may or may not be faced.

Dr. Arocha is very knowledgeable and willing to listen his patients questions. He is also very salient when he speaks so that the patient feels heard and understood.

For my operation I had decided to go with an FUE procedure of 2500 grafts to transplant from scalp to have a beard. Within a time frame of 4 months post procedure I had grown a full beard. Prior to the procedure I could only grow a mustache and one side of the bottom/front of my chin.

It should also be noted that I went in for a second procedure because I still had grafts that we didn’t need to use. This second procedure is not pictured below but I will upload once it had completely grown in.
