I am 56 years old and had under eye bags that gave me an "always tired" look. Dr. Goldman did a fantastic job in removing my under eye bags, and now I look much fresher and younger. I wish I have done this surgery earlier. I have experience with a total of 3 different plastic surgeons, which were all good, but of them, Dr. Goldman is absolutely the best! He is very talented and has a great understanding of patient needs. He was able to accommodate my busy schedule and perform the surgery on the convenient for me date. He called me the night after my surgery and quickly responded to my text message about my after the surgery swelling. It is the first time in my life that I am absolutely satisfied with my plastic surgery results, although I am a very demanding patient. Strongly consider Dr. Goldman when searching a surgeon for your plastic surgery, eyelid or any other!

It would be great if you could give us a little more detail about your experience, like why you had the surgery, your tips for getting good results, pros/cons, and info on the recovery process.

I already explained why I decided to do this surgery - I always had a tired look. I search on the internet "before" and "after" lower blepharoplasty photos of several surgeons in our city and selected Dr. Goldman, whose work I liked the most. Then I checked reviews on this surgeon and decided to make an appointment with him. During my appointment I was shown even more photos that were not on the internet and that convinced me to do this surgery with Dr. Goldman. The surgery went very easy for me - I was under general anesthesia - with no complications. The recovery period was also very smooth and I would say fast. I was back to work in 2 weeks with no bruises on my face, yet it took 2 more weeks for the under eye area to become even. Be prepared for severe bruising but you do not need to stay at home during recovery. I, in fact, was hiking in West Virginia, and my big sun glasses did a pretty good job covering my bruises. My advice to those considering this type of surgery is to find a surgeon whose "after" photos you like. Make sure that this surgeon is experienced and does not have negative reviews. Good plastic surgeons know that they are good and may charge you more than internet "average". Therefore, do not select a surgeon based on a surgery price, but on the quality of their work and patient reviews.
