36yo. One Baby. Puberty Let Me Down

I've always wanted boobs. I was a 34B pre-baby and after a year of nursing, I was left with a tiny A cup. 5'4" 126lbs. Under the expertise of a board-certified plastic surgeon, I had under the muscle, 355cc gel silicon implants (gummy bears) and I couldn't be happier! My recovery was a breeze. I was instructed to start arm circles in recovery and I think it really helped. I took narcotic pain pills my post op night through post op day 2; by post op day 3 I was just taking Tylenol.

Back to my normal activity. Minimal discomfort. Incisions healing nicely.
