I went and saw dr. Goldman and decided to saline. If your undecided about saline and silicone he makes a recommendation based on ur natural breast. He also told me to go w/ a look not a size. Don't get stuck on a number. They turned out perfect! Exactly what I wanted I was back to work 4 days later. I'm a nurse so there is a lot of lifting just make sure you have people who can help u out with all the lifting, but other than that it was worth it
