Breast Augmentation - Beachwood, OH

I had thought about getting a breast augmentation for about 4 years prior to getting the procedure. Interestingly, I was already a small C cup before surgery, and wanted to get the surgery because I was unhappy with the shape and overall look of my breasts as opposed to the size. I visited Dr. Goldman's office first in April 2012, and felt comfortable with scheduling my appointment for May 2012. They were very flexible with the scheduling options and payment. I was unsure going in if I wanted Saline or Silicone, and Dr. Goldman didn't push me either way. I decided to get saline due to the fact that I was getting them under the muscle and liked the look of saline implants better than silicone that I had seen online. I tested out a few different sizes, eventually going with 420 cc in each breast. This sounds large, especially starting with a C cup, but with my body type they are perfect and I am glad I didn't go any smaller. The procedure itself was easy, I arrived at 8am and was on my way home by 11am. I slept upright on a recliner for a few days with ice. I did have pain the first day, but it greatly subsided after that. I will say I was nervous for awhile that they would not drop and remain high on my chest as they did for the first couple of weeks, but they dropped beautifully and are now perfect (for me). It has given me so much more confidence and really improved my self image, which is exactly what I wanted. I am so glad that I did it! My advice would be do your research and make sure you do what YOU want, not what any doctor or other person tells you.
