My nose always looked wide in pictures when I smiled. There was also a small hump on the top. I thought about rhinoplasty for a long time and looked into it. I'm so happy I did it - my nose turned out even better than I thought it would. Also, I can breathe better, as my septum was not completely straight, although I never knew this until I went to see Dr. Goldman. The recovery was not bad at all either! Only the first three or four days were rough.
