You could still have some swelling at 11 weeks. But you should talk with your PS at your follow up if you're not happy. I had some back pain after from the healing process, like from sleeping on my back and I got stiff. Hopefully you'll feel better with time.

Over 2 months...still no follow up call

I am happy with my results; however my neck pain is still here and I have had no follow up whatsoever from my doctor
