Pain in lower back whille sleeping on stomach!

Finally got the neck comfortable during sleeping now I wake up with my lower or middle back on so much pain after sleeping on my stomach all night , Iam concidering sleeping on my massage table lol! When I wake up the the An I lay on my back for a few minutes , in dont know how to relieve my back pain whille sleeping ;(

Day 14 hard fibrosis developing on the sides and back and 2 to 3 inches of liquid in lower back

Hey guys just wondering if any of you has hard muscle tissue or fibrosis building up in your sides or stomach was freaking out but called the office and they said this is normal i've been going for massages for it and it hurts so bad I cried would love to hear your feedback if anyone is going to do the same thing or went through it already

Hey bbl girls have any of you had fluid build up in your lower back , Iam doing massages , how long does that take to go away ?
Also when your butt fluffs does it get bigger?

Amazing doctor so far , office is super organized and ontop of their game ! Doctor even reaches out to me personally a few times to answer questions prior to Surgury! UPDATE! Surgury and after Surgury ... Iam so happy I chose dr Salzhauer him and his staff has made me feel so comfortable and SAFe , catered to my every need with patience and kindness !! There was always a nurse on call 24 hours threw text or phone Maria was amazing she babies me and answered all my paranoid questions , no matter what time of night it was! I was feeling weak so the dr randomly sent a nurse (yaline) to check my blood and hemo levels and she was kind enought to give me another shower and also was avail to text with any questions she was so fun and made me feel at ease This staff is hard working and on point there are so many very sweet compassionate people working there I was getting really nervous during my blood transfusion And the nurse Chelsea was an absolute DOLL!!!! I was so annoying (Atleast IAm aware haha) I would have gotten annoyed with the client but she had compassion these people were chosen by God to have that kind of job and patience Follow up was anaiznggggg dr salz would call me or text me see how I was doing and sent an email everyday of a video on what to expect Recovery was not as bad as I thought ! There were tuff moments but I had the staff with me every step of the way even when I was not at the office
