Not pleased with my rhinoplasty

I had a rhinoplasty a few years ago. I am seeking a revision because my tip has no support/ minimal projection. Interestingly, he took cartilage from my ear ... so I don't know why there is no support. I told him I did not like it upon returning for the follow up visit. He told me he thought it looked fine.

I tried have truly tried to live with it. However, with the tip appearing to droop downward I decided to seek a revision with someone else. I have consulted with several docs so that I make a wise decision this time. Of course they all immediately saw there was no support in the tip.

I hope to make a decision soon for the revision procedure. I am not saying he is not a good doctor ... he did an amazing job on my breast. However, when it came to rhinoplasty (on me) each time I look in the mirror, I wish I'd gone to someone else. :(
