I really dk what to write or say lol I've been stalking realself for years... After my 5th child I let myself go.. My youngest is 1 yrs old. My body has changed so some much. I guess it has something to do with being depress. I have a consultantation with Dr sal 1/8/15. I'm so excited but yet so ashamed. I would like to have a tummy tuck w/butt lift.

Our bodies change as we have children as well as age. I had my consultation about a week ago and was told I'll have better results if I lost some weight first. If you are at your ideal weight, go for it! It's all about you. We have to put ourselves first sometimes. Good luck!

I received a courtesy phone confriming my consultation for tomorrow. I'm so nervous and scared at the same time. I have a feeling Dr sal is going to tell me I should lose weight smh I know I do but its so hard.. The weight don't come off right away, it takes time and patience.

Hey ther well congrats on starting ur journey I had a consultation on Monday with a different Dr. he told me the same thing I don't need a bbl but I do have to lose 25 lbs if I want amazing results so I have started a weight loss journey I'm scheduled for my tummy tuck March 30 so only 72 days but I'm dedicated and more discipline since I put down my down payment I started out at 205 but I got down to 197 by my consultation and today I'm 190 well if u are looking for support hit me up keep updating I'll be sure to follow

Ok I'll follow as well.. Dr Sal told me I needed to lose 10 pds... I started weight watchers... I hope it works.. I'm also taking iron to be on the safe side. Last time I checked my hemo was 11.9. I haven't set a date on when I want the procedure done.. I'm going alone so I have to find a recovery house.

Ooh ok I take iron myself I know how that is my blood tend to get low also...I'm not on any special programs I'm just counting calories keeping them as low as I can stand lol! So far so good down 7lbs...I follow a few girls that's recovering at recovery houses now one is rollsbegone and I think the other is cakes069 u should hit them up maybe they can advise u on a few...well keep updating will be following

I had my consult with dr Miami... He's so sweet.. He told me I don't need a bbl and I only need to take off 2 weeks from work. So now I'm just trying to plan everything out.
