Oh have my boobs changed! Most of the swelling is down! My surgeon advised I won't see my final results for another month, I'm hoping to reach my desired B cup as now I measure!at a 32 C. The transformation has been amazing, and my scars have been healing very well.

Officially one week post op
Today I had my one week post operative appointment. My stitches were trimmed and fresh tape was placed on my boobies. Initially I was VERY scared and turned off because I am currently way bigger than my desired B cup. My surgeon assured me due to the heavy trauma my breast went trough receiving a reduction, lift and implant placement they are naturally very swollen. Swelling should be 80% reduced a month from now and 100% 3 months from now.

They look great on you! I think they fit your body perfectly. They already look like a full B or very small C to me. I bet you're going to miss this size a little bit when it's gone lol!

3 days post op
Today is my third day post op. I am loving the results so far. However, I am experiencing a lot of bloating in my abdomen area (my plastic surgeon says its normal) swelling also seems to be going down in my breast. My Pain on a level of 1-10 is a 3.

Did you want to be smaller or same cup
Size? I'm also a DD currently and sched with doc Krau for surgery next week. Im wanting same size I am now, just back to where they were as a teenager :)

I wanted to go smaller, ideally go from a DD to a full B. Since my surgery was very invasive including breast reduction, lift, and implants the swelling is very high. Dr. Krau said I should be seeing a better version of my results in a month.

Awesome to hear! I researched relentlessly and felt in my gut he's my guy but I haven't been able to help but stress if I made the right choice. Good to hear the reassurance :). I think you'll be so so happy with your smaller size. You will be able to buy any outfit you want and look amazing! I leaned towards going smaller but thought I'd freak out since I've been large busted since 15. The clothes choices and lack of back pain would be worth it though.
