WORTH IT$5,000
I've been researching breast implants since I was in high school. Then life happen; college, my career took off, getting engaged. Now almost 20 years later and I'm finally doing it. HOLY CRAP!!
I initially scheduled my surgery on 5/3/18 but I'm so anxious I'm grabbing the next available appointment, 4/10/18. I'd do it tomorrow if I could!
I don't even know where to start with this post but I do want to say this site has been a god send. I spend nights reading experiences, taking notes and making list of what to buy.
Less than 3 weeks from now it's happening and I'm finally sharing my experience.
I'm going to Dr. Ary Krau located in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. A lot of my friends have used his services and I love their results.
I have been in contact, via email and phone, with the coordinators they're amazing. They answer all my questions and they are extremely organized.
I'm considering hiring a nurse for the first day or two since it is a Tuesday and my friends will be working but I'm not 100% sure yet. I am pretty good with pain and think I can manage on my own.
My next step is getting my medical clearance form from my doctor. I'll be sure to post an update as soon as I have that done.
Thank you to EVERYONE on here who has posted a review or a question. You have helped sooo many thru this life changing process. I can only hope my post can do the same. :-)
Here are some before photos and my dream boobs.

Medical Clearance Form Timing & Phone Pre-Op
I'm starting to get nervous about my medical clearance form getting to my PS in time for my surgery date. My appointment with my PCP hospital is one week before my surgery date. Exactly a week!
My doctor knows my surgery date and scheduled me with a different physician to get me in there sooner.
Does anyone know the average time it takes for the clearance form? I know this can vary by hospital etc. The test results I looked up seem to take only a few hours.
Fingers crossed I'm nervous for no reason.
I also have my pre-op today and the woman could not have been any nicer. She told me I could only take Tylenol going forward and 10 days following surgery. She asked that I don't wear blue, purple or black nail polish. To buy a small Dial soap and wash with it the night before. I was also excited to hear they will provide two bras and a breast strap I can wear in the shower. For the day of the surgery I should wear a zip up, comfy pants (they let you keep these on) and warm socks.
Can't believe how quick this is happening and I don't think it will really hit me until I'm on the plane.
I'll keep you guys posted on my medical clearance form. Hopefully I'm worried about nothing.

It's happening - last Thursday without the twins
I saw my PCP for my medical clearance on Tuesday and I was worried about nothing. After my EKG and a check of my breathing I was cleared for surgery. I did have to get a few tubes of blood (ugh) taken but it wasn't horrible. The hospital faxed over my results the following morning and followed up with me to confirm it was received by the PS office.
I did get some shopping in with my FH and that was a lot of fun. I brought a light weight zip-up hoodie to wear the day of the surgery and I was also able to pick up a couple of buttons down blouses. My only fear is I won't have anything to wear to work when I get back. I'll definitely have to do some shopping which is never a bad thing :)
Only a few more days for tatas! Crazy to think this is my last Thursday without them.
