I decided to get implants for my Birthday . I felt no pain during the surgery, was not in any great pain post-op the same day, and was back to work within a week. I felt uncomfortable (chest was slightly heavy/tight) for a couple weeks to a month after, but was fully healed and happy . Very satisfied with my results.

@ scooby123 , I have the silicone , i was a 32 now jump to full 36 D . It feel so real and much nicer . I m more comfortable in my zone .
