So far I'm feeling back to normal completely. The only thing I don't love is that my belly is very very soft but also keep in mind I had a baby. Regardless I've been working on my fitness to better that. I feel great about myself and dr Miami really did a good job on me.

2 MONTHS LATER AND IM STILL NUMB. Still hurts a bit.. My boyfriend can't squeeze my waist or anything like that. I haven't been wearing my spanx. I feel like it's useless the spanx is such soft material I just don't understand how it helps. I want to start waist training using a waist cincher but they told me I have to wait 6 months post op. I feel great overall. I hope my pics help all you future beauty warriors!!! Xoxo

I have the full body spanx and they're comfortable and that's what they want me to wear.. But I think it's useless. Idk if I can wear like a harder material faja

the world ain't ready for this
Hey guys I am now 6 weeks post op!!!!! My god I can't believe I made it!!!! Jesus that was so hard you guys but I'm feeling great back to normal I can sit on my butt now and carry my 6 month old daughter without a problem! My stomach is STILL NUMB and a little bit of pain. At my one month post op, Marlene said I am still a bit swollen so I guess this really does take time. But anyway for those of you going to Dr miami soon, good luck ladies! He's amazing :D

I'm so nervous about the whole thing, the days is just getting closer and I'm scare as hell
Everything will be okay. The actual surgery is quick and by the time you know it you'll be out of there. Just prepare yourself for the recovery lol I can't even sugar coat it.. It's hell.
