3 weeks post op

Well this has definitely been a journey. I have good days and bad days. Some days I wish I never did this and just cry and other days I'm glad I did something I've always wanted to do. Overall I'm feeling much better. I hate the faja and I hate the foams even more. I've had my faja altered twice At the waist instead of buying a smaller one that's going to squeeze my but and hips. I'm done with my massages for now, I had a total of 6 and was told that unless I have some fibrosis I shouldn't need anymore. I've been trying to take pics but it's hard. Hopefully I can get someone to take some decent pics for me. I'm still not sitting on my but. I purchased a Booty pillow and that's what I use.

Post op day 1-3

Post op day one I went to the Doctors office. I didn't see the doc I saw his nurse. She took my faja off, which she put on backwards after surgery so it was extremely uncomfortable. She then took my foams off. I cried during that process. The foams they use are the worse!!!! The actually have a peel off that sticks to your skin and it was so hard to come off I was in so much pain. Anyway she took it off, I got a quick look and put the faja back on, with one piece of that cheap ass foam and left to go for my first massage with Luz at L.A. Massage designs. She was so patient with me. It was painful. People say, your skin is numb so you don't feel anything, well my skin was not numb and I felt EVERYTHING! Went home, took my pills and went to bed. I haven't had a bowel movement or much an an appetite. I have taken stool softeners and even laxatives and still
Nothing. Day 2 was really hard. My entire body hurt. My arms felt like I was weight lifting from all the use of my upper body and my muscles felt fatigue. I just wanted to lay in bed and wish this never happened, but I went for my massage and felt better. You really do feel better after the massages. I'm still trying to have a bowel movement.

Pre op completed

Well I had my pre op at dr krau's office on Friday. When you go in, you fill out a whole bunch of paper work, all the legal stuff and then you meet with one of his nurses. She takes pictures, goes over information and things you should and should not do before and after surgery, and then she draws your blood. You get your labs done in the office and they give you your prescriptions that same day. You don't see the doctor, but the nurse was very helpful in answering all my questions. I received instruction on where to purchase my faja and my lipo foams, so I guess the only included on the $7000.00 cost is the surgery and blood work. I'll keep you guys posted
