How do I begin to share my gratitude for the skill and compassion of Dr Barbara Persons. Not only is she an extremely capable surgeon but also a caring individual with a creative way of looking at complex skin and scar issues. It was incredibly inspiring and healing to work with a surgeon who has been through many of the same traumatic experiences I have experienced. I have been to several other plastic surgeons but Dr Persons was the first one to propose unique and alternative ways of addressing the scarring on my eyelid and cheek.
